Munily remains the operational app for access, visitors, reservations, guards and PQRS where enabled. This portal complements it with multilingual documents, forum discussion, Board transparency, tickets and calendar follow-up.

If you reference a Munily issue in a portal ticket, add the PQRS/reference number and redact personal data, visitor IDs, plates, phone numbers and payment information before uploading screenshots.
